How do stores that sell used golf balls clean them?
Tuesday, September 28th, 2010I was just wondering what products that places that make a living out of selling used golf balls use to clean them. I’ve tried putting mine the the washer/dishwasher and have even used hydrochloric acid to clean them and yes they do look nice, but none of them ever look brand new like the ones you can order from the stores. Anyone have any clue what they do?

Golf balls?
Tuesday, September 21st, 2010I work on a golf course and over the past two years I’ve collected 1200+ balls. I want to sell them, but I have no idea who would buy them. Are there some other courses that buy used golf balls or should I sell them online?

Are There Any Golf Courses Where You Can Hit Balls At Someone?
Tuesday, September 14th, 2010I Always thought it would be fun to go to a driving range where the course hires some annoying guy to stand out at around the 300 yard range that you can try to hit with your golf balls. I mean they would have to be wearing lots of padding and stuff but it would be fun anyway. Has anyone seen a golf course that does this? You’d thing it would give them a lot of business, maybe too many liability issues though…
