1997 vw golf problems?

alrighty, this morning AFTER i got to school, my car decided to not work properly

the power locks went out, and it seems with that, my ability to disarm the factory alarm.

so i cant open a door without setting the alarm off, and i cant disarm the alarm once it goes off, without unhooking the battery, i also cant start the car because the factory alarm wont allow me to, and that also triggers the alarm

we have no idea what is causing this problem, the car was fine this morning, but is how it is now

it also blew the interior light fuse, repeatedly, its normally a 15a fuse, and we put a 30a in it, it hasnt blown the 30 yet

could it possibly be a relay? otherwise i have no service manual for it, and ive no idea where the grounds or wiring are located.

also, everything else works, radio/headlights/tailligh… lights, just not the power locks, and factory alarm disable…

if u need more info let me know and ill supply it, but basically there isnt anything noticably wrong with it…
