Do some golf ball types spin more than others off the driver?

I was told by a club fitter that I need to use a golf ball that can help boost my spin numbers off the driver. He suggested the Bridgestone e5+. Is there a way to determine spin characteristics of a ball with out getting on a launch monitor to check this out? Any idea which balls help generate more spin off the driver?

Ok. Well im a golf equipment nerd who thinks the type of ball you use makes a big difference. First off, higher loft of the driver= more spin. (justl like how you get more spin with a pw rather than a 4 iron) But anyways, a few examples of a high spin ball are Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x. ( i play the Pro V1) Another ball with a lot of spin is Callaway’s HX Hot Bite. not as much as the Pro V1 but still a good amount. If your having trouble getting the ball in the fairway then go with the hot bite but if not deffinatly invest in the Pro V1 or Pro V1x

My favorite calloway tour ix sirixon is also another soft ball which will give you constant roll like titleist prov1 and spin action like most pinnacle and harder to control them at first hope that beginner needs to control them at.
