The dryer and folded as soon as they are dry you need to avoid distortion have ll bean shirts that are wrinkled good luck.

Not sure myself, possibly starch? Sometimes you can iron them back into shape.

Try a different brand OR
Have them professionally cleaned & ironed OR
Simply start to wear T-shirts instead.

You need to wash them on a gentle/handwash cycle, in cold water, and lay them flat to dry, shaping the colar while it’s wet. Then you need to starch iron them.
