		<description>Taylormade used to sell their balls in plastic sleeves that were meant to protect the balls. Over time, golf balls will absorb moisture, and in turn lose distance. You can expect to lose 10-15% of your distance with 3 year old balls. 

Anyway, if you don't lose a lot of balls, I don't know why you feel the need to buy a bunch of them to save money. Will the $5 or so you saved per dozen really make that much of a difference 3 years from now? 

BTW, Anyone who can't tell the difference between 20 year old balls and new balls obviously isn't very good. I would ignore that post.</description>
