My corgis ate a golf ball this evening; is this dangerous?

They appear to be fine. We think they ate the golf ball about 4 hours ago, must have found it in our backyard as we live on a golf course. We cut open a golf ball we had at home to view the inside and appears to be solid rubber, suspect they both chewed on it and broke it down to various pieces before swallowing.
