It could, but that would likely be coincidence. Distance has more to do with club and ball characteristics than brand.

The same brand it wont really effect your performance on the same brand it wont really effect your performance on the course.

No. Nike makes a lot of different types of golf balls, as do all the other manufacturers and matching brands is not necessarily going to give you the best results.
