What is a good golf ball that’s under $20 for beginners?

I have been playing golf for about 2 months now and I’ve heard from a PGA Pro that you want a softer ball for more spin. He also said that TopFlite balls are terrible because they’re way too hard. Any Suggestions?

He’s right. Pro’s use soft balls so that they can get spin on their wedge shots and chips. Beginners or even average golfers usually don’t need to put spin on their balls. Since they don’t need spin it doesn’t really matter what golf ball they use as long as its clean and not scratched or cuffed up. Im a 14 handicap and I dont use a particular ball because I find so many but I would suggest looking at golf galaxy because they have pretty cheap balls. And top flite are perfectly fine golf balls.
