they will all fade eventually but sharpie works and lasts for a long time

My opinion so just stick with sharpies and redo them every time they fade.

The fine tip ones do make it easier to mark te ball if you just use dots though.

I always use sharpie. It works best, my best friend uses it too and she won state so she knows what shes doing.
